Sometimes people ask RCC members, “yes, but what do you actually do?” So apart from the obvious, like the formal council meetings and the work in setting the agenda and preparing finance and other reports for those, what do we do in between those meetings? Or do we do nothing and just turn up, from one meeting to the next?
